General Accountant

The General Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and client requirements. The role supports multiple clients or business units in an outsourced environment, handling end-to-end accounting processes, reporting, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
• Record and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
