General Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team at Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for a range of accounting duties to support the overall financial operations of the resort.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions
• Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payments
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
• Performing data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support the accounting department
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial information and support business operations
• Adhering to established accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls
