Responsibilities

1. Ensure that final costing of all Purchase Orders that arrived in warehouse are done timely and properly.
2. Prepare and submit monthly management reports such as Peso Sales Statistics per Business Unit, per Technical Sales Representative and Client Ranking Report.
3. Responsible for the timely computation, e-filing and e-payment of various tax returns including e-submission of required attachments of all tax returns.
4. Ensure updating of summary of tax returns and ensure LAF filing of all tax returns with complete attachments such as proof of payment, submission validation acknowledgement receipt, printed excel report.
5. Facilitate timely renewal of Business Permits annually
6. In-charge with Inventory Management and Reconciliation per NAV and actual count
7. Prepare and submit accurate Weekly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation in a timely manner
