General Accountant

• Preparing Monthly Financial Statements
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Statements ( Forecasting and Actual)
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly preparation of Management Reports (HQ and HQ-Other Country)
• Prepares Journal Entries, Month End Journal, and Register Fixed Assets in System
• Reconciles General Ledger in the System.
• Check All the vouchers ( AR/AP and Treasury).
• Monitor Inventory Costing Reconciliation.
• Closing of books monthly
• Supervise Tax team members.
• Prepare Yearly Audit Requirements and Audit procedures.
• Coordinate with External Auditors and BIR.
• Tax Returns Filing (2550M,2550Q, 1601E Monthly & Quarterly, 1702Q, and DST and other filings).
• Performs such other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
