Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant (Bookkeeping + AP/AR) to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate transaction recording. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliant financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the PH BIR-compliant chart of accounts.

• Record transactions such as AP/AR, journals, accruals, prepayments, payroll, deposits, and advances.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.

• Manage purchase orders, employee reimbursements, and allowances.

• Handle AP processing, including invoice entry, monitoring, and preparing aging reports.

• Track AR (excluding in-house functions as advised by Digital Halo).
