General Accountant

General Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries (AP, AR, payroll, accruals, adjustments)
• Handle bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
• Support tax compliance and government reportorial requirements (
• Monitor cash flow and budget utilization
• Assist in audit preparation (internal and external)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
