Preparing Monthly Financial Statements
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Statements ( Forecasting and Actual)
Daily, Weekly and Monthly preparation of Management Reports (HQ and HQ-Other Country)
Prepares Journal Entries, Month End Journal, and Register Fixed Assets in System
Reconciles General Ledger in the System.
Check All the vouchers ( AR/AP and Treasury).
Monitor Inventory Costing Reconciliation.
Closing of books monthly
Supervise Tax team members.
Prepare Yearly Audit Requirements and Audit procedures.
Coordinate with External Auditors and BIR.
Tax Returns Filing (2550M,2550Q, 1601E Monthly & Quarterly, 1702Q, and DST and other filings).
Performs such other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
Must be a CPA
4-6 years related experience in General Accounting & Taxation
