General Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintaining the billing system.
• Generating invoices and accounts statement.
• Performing accounts reconciliation.
• Maintaining account receivable files and records.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigating and resolving irregularities and inquiries.
• Costing analysis of Project Inventory.
• Encode in BIR system the summary of 1601EQ and 1702Q
• Prepare monthly profit and loss report.
• Handle Petty Cash Fund Transactions.
• Other duties relevant to the position.
• Perform assigned task by immediate superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.

2. With at least 1–2-year relevant experience in Accounting Role especially in Accounts Receivables.

3. Attention to details.

4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
