General Accountant

Overview

Job Title: General Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Temporary – 3 Months

Responsibilities

• Prepare books of accounts for past 5 years from the available information
• Verify all relevant records, docs, ledgers, tax returns and customs docs etc and find missing information
• Any other task of general accountant up to preparation of TB

Key requirements

• Speed, limited need for guidance, meeting deadlines, late office hours (max. upto 09:00 PM + Saturdays, when needed)
• Ability to think of solutions and close the tasks
• Experience with inventory, customs and Dubai VAT mandatory
• SCM or Trade finance and Freezone experience preferred
• Experience: 2-3 years (1 year UAE experience mandatory)
