General Accounting Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
• With knowledgeable years experience in BIR transactions

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• knowledgeable in all BIR compliance and using updated systems related to BIR
• Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses
• Check payables and bank reconciliation
• Provide accurate and timely management information regarding accounts receivable
• Responsible for a wide range of general accounting tasks
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers and budgets
• Preparing financial reports
• Filing of BIR returns - monthly, quarterly and annually
• Conduct month end inventory
• Other ad hoc duties that will be given
