General Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle billing, collections, and payments to ensure timely settlement of accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with tax and audit requirements.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of financial data.
