General Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

• Processes period end requirement to close the books and produces financial results.
• Analyzes and updates pre-payment schedules and prepares closing entries based on amortization.
• Handles evaluation for accreditation of suppliers.
• Handles Asset Lapsing and prepare depreciation entry.
• Handles analysis of revenue and cost of Diesel Generator Department.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy.
• Must have at least six (6) months of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Must be good both in oral and written communication.
• Must be a computer literate and has a working knowledge on various PC based software.
