About the role
Maintains the fixed asset register, processes asset additions/disposals/transfers, performs monthly depreciation, and supports audits to ensure asset integrity and financial accuracy.
What you'll be doing
- Invoice and Inquiry Management
o Process urgent fixed asset (FA) invoices promptly.
- Fixed Asset Accounting
o Prepare and post journal entries for depreciation across multiple entities
o Manage mass additions for Business Units.
o Build and maintain asset records.
o Generate and submit CIP Asset Reports on a monthly and fiscal year basis.
- Reporting and Data Export
o Perform daily export of financial and asset data.
o Export EMR plant asset listings, FAS asset listings, and depreciation expense reports.
