Job Description
Company/ Director Administration & Expenses
· Handle company car expenses, house rental payments, and road tax renewals.
· Maintain proper records of all transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
· Manage director's personal car expenses, house rental collections, and renewals of road tax.
· Ensure all payments and renewals are completed accurately and on time.
Accounting Administrative Support
· Assist in printing schedules, filling forms, and performing general accounting/ administrative tasks as required.
· Support management with ad hoc assignments efficiently and accurately.
· Receive, verify, and file invoices, receipts, and payments.
Record Keeping & Compliance
· Maintain organized files and documentation for personal and company-related records.
· Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
