General Accounting Officer

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the preparation of financial statements including P&L (Profit & Loss) and Balance Sheet. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including BIR and SEC filing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting records.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet reports.
• Financial Statement Generation
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
