General Accounting Senior Analyst – Global Business Services (GBS)

We are seeking a highly skilled General Accounting Senior Analyst to supervise day‑to‑day general accounting transactions, ensure accuracy in entries, compile financial reports and analysis, and drive performance of the general accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the general accounting team (2–7 direct reports); provide leadership, mentorship and foster a collaborative environment.
• Oversee daily financial data entry in the ERP system; ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and post journal entries; manage general ledger account reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare detailed financial data for management review; facilitate necessary adjustments.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts; provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
