Job Description
- Reviews the authenticity of documents relative to cash and check disbursement.
- Prepares factory journal vouchers and supporting documents.
- Handles payment of withholding taxes and other taxes to government.
- Consolidates factory cost statement and other monthly reports required by the Head Office and other government agencies.
- Conducts weekly cash count.
- Checks payroll of rank and file.
- Process disbursements of Managers, Supervisors and Rank & File payroll.
- Serves as a reliever in the absence of Accounting Manager and cashier.
- Update of SSS and HDMF loans of managers and supervisors.
- Computation of employee's retirement benefits.
- Receive weekly billing of agencies.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
