General Accounting Supervisor

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Check and review all the daily transactions (RPV's) together with its corresponding attachments
2. Prepare check vouchers and issue checks
3. Encode, supervise and monitor the day-to-day entries recorded in the accounting books (Excel Database)
4. Prepare and check monthly bank reconciliation and month-end JV's.

5. Reponsible for the monthly schedule of SL on Excel Database

6. Advances to Officers

7. Advances to Stockholders
8. Other Receivables
9. Investment in Associate
10. Investment in Subsidiary
11. Investment Properties
12. Accounts Payable-Others
13. Other Payables
14. EWT/Creditable Income Tax (2307)
15. Advances from Stockholders

18. Prepare payroll computation every cut-off and monthly payroll JV's.
