General Accounting Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings
Monitor accounting team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
Improve accounting processes and internal controls for efficiency and accuracy
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Perform other assigned tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory experience
