GENERAL ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Reviews the authenticity of documents relative to cash and check disbursement.

Prepares factory journal vouchers and supporting documents.

Handles payment of withholding taxes and other taxes to government.

Consolidates factory cost statement and other monthly reports required by the Head Office and other government agencies.

Conducts weekly cash count.

Checks payroll of rank and file.

Process disbursements of Managers, Supervisors and Rank & File payroll.

Serves as a reliever in the absence of Accounting Manager and cashier.

Update of SSS and HDMF loans of managers and supervisors.

Computation of employee’s retirement benefits.

Receive weekly billing of agencies.

Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
