Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain student records and class schedules
- Manage registrations, payments, and issue receipts
- Support teaching staff with printing, materials preparation, and logistics
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the front office and common areas
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities when needed
- Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management
Working Hours
- Weekdays: 6.00 PM - 10.00 PM
- Saturdays: 2.00 PM - 6.00 PM
- Sundays and Public Holidays: Off
Qualifications and Skills
Must be good in English (spoken and written), and be able to use Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom as most duties are conducted online.
