Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain student records and class schedules
  • Manage registrations, payments, and issue receipts
  • Support teaching staff with printing, materials preparation, and logistics
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the front office and common areas
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities when needed
  • Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management

Working Hours

  • Weekdays: 6.00 PM - 10.00 PM
  • Saturdays: 2.00 PM - 6.00 PM
  • Sundays and Public Holidays: Off

Qualifications and Skills

Must be good in English (spoken and written), and be able to use Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom as most duties are conducted online.
