Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain student records and class schedules
- Manage registrations, payments, and issue receipts
- Support teaching staff with printing, materials preparation, and logistics
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the front office and common areas
- Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management
Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate internal schedules and meetings
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 2.00 PM PM
- Saturdays: Half-Day (2.30pm - 7.30pm)
- Sundays and Public Holidays: Off
