The Sales Machine is hiring on behalf of our partner company, Optimo International Group Inc., a growing FMCG distribution business based in Pasig City.
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive General Admin & Recruitment Support Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with hiring and training efforts.
This role is fully onsite and requires someone physically present in the office daily. You will handle administrative coordination, recruitment scheduling, onboarding support — and assist with product movement and shipment preparation when needed.
If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing office tasks with hands-on responsibilities, this role is for you.
