Job Description
Employee Records: Maintain and update physical and digital employee files, databases, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and coordinate new hire orientations.
Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions, resolve basic queries, and manage sensitive information discreetly.
Payroll & Benefits: Gather data for payroll, track leave/attendance, and assist with benefits administration.
Documentation & Compliance: Help draft policies, update handbooks, and ensure HR processes align with company policies and labor laws
