Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- In charge in preparing reports, correspondence, and official documents (LGUs)
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases
- Handle office communications and phone/email inquiries
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
2. Office & Facility Management
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and office facilities
- In charge of conference rooms (scheduling, setup, and maintenance)
- Support onboarding and administrative processes for new employees
3. HR & GA Support
- Prepare and record HR & GA expenses
- Assist in preparing documents required for internal and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and management
- Liaise for permits, licenses, and other official requirements
