Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage GA team performance, roles and daily operations.
  • Oversee cafeteria, insurance, travel, and foreign employee management.
  • Develop and implement GA policies and procedures.
  • Handle general and Capex purchasing and supplier management.
  • Prepare and monitor annual GA budget; analyze costs vs actuals.
  • Manage company relationships with government offices and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of GA/Administration experience.
  • Strong skills in budget control, purchasing, and government relations.
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English
