Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage GA team performance, roles and daily operations.
- Oversee cafeteria, insurance, travel, and foreign employee management.
- Develop and implement GA policies and procedures.
- Handle general and Capex purchasing and supplier management.
- Prepare and monitor annual GA budget; analyze costs vs actuals.
- Manage company relationships with government offices and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business administration or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of GA/Administration experience.
- Strong skills in budget control, purchasing, and government relations.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English
