Perform daily duties as perdepartment requirements this will include but not limited to, washing, sorting,
drying, packing & storing equipment in designated areas
Report any Equipment not working to
your line Manager or Supervisor 
Check all equipment for labels
Check all equipment to see if
anything is, broken or chipped and
report accordingly
Ensure that all related
documentation is completed accurately and timeously, this will include
recording of breakages and temperature controls.
Check and ensure that all tables,
shelves, trays and crates are washed and stored correctly in holding area
Check and ensure that sufficient
crates are available and clean 
Ensure that ovens & oven racks
are washed correctly for all Production kitchen
