General Banking Officer

Responsibilities

• A General Banking Officer is responsible for providing efficient customer service and handling various banking operations at the branch level: account opening, managing customer queries, processing non‑financial transactions accurately, maintaining fixed‑assets inventory, security stationery and administrative support.
• Ensure effective handling of customers and provide services according to service and quality indicators.
• Work in all operations segments of the branches as an inputter/maker level: account opening and its related processes & operations (including dormancy marking/removal, stop payments marking/revoking, account closures, SOA issuance, loan account opening/closing, deceased marking/removal, Level Migration of Core and Jazz Cash customers, and participation in Gold Loan assessments).
