Duties and Responsibilities: Carries out policy of courtesy and service. - Reproduces a variety of video tapes utilizing enhancer and video recorders. Checks each video tape for quality of sound picture etc. Maintains logs. Answers questions and resolves day-to-day problems. - Schedules photographer and group unit for individual and group cruisebook pictures.
