JJ Max Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented General Clerk Cum Admin to join our team in Taman Desa Cemerlang, Johor. This full-time position is a crucial administrative role that will support the day-to-day operations of our growing engineering firm.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
2. Providing administrative support to the management team
3. Handling incoming calls and inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel
4. Maintaining office supplies and coordinating purchase orders
5. Assisting with the organisation and planning of company events and meetings
6. Providing customer service support as needed
7. Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and maintained
