GENERAL CLERKPosition Overview
As a General Clerk at Subitec Sdn Bhd, you will play an important role in supporting daily administrative and operational activities. This position suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling documents, data and communication with customers and suppliers.
You will be responsible for ensuring job orders, purchase orders and delivery orders are prepared accurately and on time. You will also assist with updating records, managing payments, answering incoming and outgoing calls and maintaining proper filing systems. In addition, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support ISO implementation activities together with the team.
This role also supports the HR department with daily administrative tasks, making it a good opportunity for someone who wants exposure to general office operations in a manufacturing environment.
