General Clinical Faculty

Overview


Reporting directly to the Clinical Practice Leader (CPL) at the Touro College of Dental Medicine’s clinic in Albuquerque New Mexico, with a dotted line to the Director of Clinical Education, and the Executive Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs, clinical faculty are responsible for direct patient care and mentoring/teaching students.
**Touro College of Dental Medicine (Albuquerque, New Mexico Clinic) is currently hiring for 6 General Clinical Faculty (P/T & F/T schedule options).


Responsibilities


+ Initiate and guide student doctor/patient interaction and assist in transition to clinical practice.

+ In the case of the community practices, aid in the continual review of student rosters

+ In the case of clinical practices, arrive prior to clinical start, provide guidance and direction in care of patients by monitoring student performance, treatment planning, and progress.
