About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced General Counsel & Company Secretary to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping corporate governance and legal compliance.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll provide strategic legal advice, manage legal risk frameworks, and ensure compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX/NZX Listing Rules.
