A Singapore-headquartered, regulated financial services platform operating in the digital payments and digital assets space is seeking a General Counsel to lead its legal, regulatory and governance function. This is a senior leadership role with direct Board exposure, suited for a seasoned financial services regulatory lawyer who thrives in fast-evolving, innovation-driven environments.

As General Counsel, you will serve as the principal legal and regulatory advisor to the Group, with primary responsibility for overseeing regulatory compliance, licensing matters and supervisory engagement across the business.
