Job Description
The General Counsel and Corporate Secretary (GC) provides legal counsel to the NanoXplore Inc. (NanoXplore) Board of Directors, the President and CEO, the CFO, the COO, and other departments as needs arise.
The GC is responsible for the overall legal affairs of NanoXplore and of its subsidiaries, affiliates and sponsored joint ventures. The GC proactively and strategically oversees the legal, corporate compliance, and governance functions of NanoXplore.
