Client = PE focused business with global operations. As the business continues to grow, the need to hire a commercial lawyer with transactional, commercial and litigation experience has been created.
Focus of Work
Transactional support: 50%
Commercial: 30%
Litigation: 20%
Transactions
You will support investment teams with on-going transactional support. The work will be global in coverage, structuring / advisory and with the use of external counsel in heavy lifting areas.
An area of on-going support and development is the ability to work closely with in-house teams and clients to directly support business growth through goals and objectives.
You will also be expected to look at future consequences that may appear through transactions, commercial agreements and signed long terms partnerships.
Requirements
6 - 12 PQE
Tier 1 law firm experience
Mixture of transactional, commercial and litigation - desirable
