This role offers a unique opportunity to design and lead a global, AI-augmented legal and tax function for a fast-growing SaaS platform. You will architect systems and workflows that allow the company to execute multiple acquisitions per year efficiently, manage complex cross-border operations, and maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
