Summary This position is part of the Deputy Administrator for Defense Programs, Department of Energy. A successful candidate in this position will serve as General Engineer/Physical Scientist, providing professional Program Management and Technical duties that accomplish the NNSA mission for the Nuclear Security Enterprise. Responsibilities Note: Salary Range by Location: Albuquerque, NM NN-04- $127,141-$194,417 Germantown, MD & Washington DC NN-04- $143,913-$197,200 As a General Engineer/Physical Scientist you will: Accomplish program and project management, establishing program objectives and performance measures. Develop detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes and costs throughout the life cycle of programs; review program, operation, plan, schedule, direction accomplishment and execution.
