Job Description

                    SA - Gauteng, Pretoria EastR 40 000 - R 60 000 Our client in Pretoria East is looking for an General Foreman for a projectMinimum requirements: 

Minimum 10 Years Experience

Post-Matric industry qualifications, certificates, and NQF-related (building/construction) training will be advantageous

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (additional ethnic languages advantageous)

Must have experience in Multi Storey Concrete Structures, Setting out and Vertical Controls of High Rise Buildings and Quality Control

Full knowledge of all wet trades Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC Etc 

General Knowledge on all Specialist Trades

Good Communication Skills with Foreman Subcontractors and Labour Force

Must be able to take projects from foundation to Key handover

Monitor safety and compliance on-site according to OHS

Act and Company Safety Standards
