This position is accountable for producing the following results in all properties falling under the position holder:

promptly attending to all repairs and maintenance work (painting, basic electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, basic construction, plastering, tiling, roofing, waterproofing, ceiling, and cornice, welding, clearing of rubble, etc) by following the maintenance manual for each maintenance issue. yard maintenance and cleaning, rubble removal, bin responsibility. general property caretaking.
