**General Laborer – Manufacturing (Grandview/Belton, MO Area)**
**Pay** **:** $17/hour | **Hours/Schedule:** 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Thursday

We are currently hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing facility **near Grandview & Belton, MO** . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where machines manufacture nuts, wires, and bolts. The work environment can be loud and dirty, and requires individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work consistently on their feet throughout the shift.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Assist production workers with material handling (lifting, moving, and stacking materials up to 75 lbs)
+ Operate basic hand tools and equipment as instructed
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area (sweeping, cleaning spills, removing debris)
+ Assist with setup and teardown of production lines
+ Perform basic quality checks on finished products as directed
