What You’ll Do

• Caring for and maintaining cannabis plants through all stages of cultivation — cloning, transplanting, pruning, pest management, harvesting, trimming, and packaging.
• Mixing nutrients, monitoring irrigation systems, and tracking plant growth to ensure every crop reaches its full potential.
• Performing facility and equipment sanitation to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
• Documenting data and completing production batch records to support regulatory compliance and product traceability.
• Operating processing equipment and assisting with setup and maintenance of post-harvest areas.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP) to meet Health Canada standards.
