General Ledger Accountant

The Role

Thai Mango by Chef Kim' is seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in our Manila City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring timely and compliant reporting, and supporting the wider finance function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and validate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
2. Ensure the procurement transactions are properly recorded in the financial system
3. Perform general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries to ensure the accuracy of financial data
4. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
5. Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, accruals, and supplier accounts
