General Ledger Accountant

Description

• Perform day-to-day entry of GL transactions for all assigned entities
• Analyze, reconcile, and maintain GL accounts and account schedules
• Administer month-end / year-end closing activities
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Prepare and administer financial related-audits and inquiries
• Ensure FS compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting best practices

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA and with audit firm experience
• With at least 3-4 years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in spreadsheet applications and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to collaborate with team members across departments
