General Ledger Associate

Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Handles a Master Data Coordinator Role, as assigned
Company Responsible under General Ledger for small and medium size entities (depending on Team Structure)
General Ledger: WPA Non-Complex Entries (GFO and Business Initiated), Account monitoring & clearing (All GFO GL assigned), BayJED Check, Master Data Extension and changes of settings
Closing: Perform WPA entry to resolve issues related to closing as coordinated by other GFO teams (e.g. Reporting or VFL, PAIV & Closing)
Updates and creates documentation, whenever required
Ensures timely and accurate performance of ICS controls
Check pending WPA Approval
Identify/clarify all pending requests for the current closing period
Contributes to LEAN and Innovation activities in collaboration with RFH and GFO teams, such as Reporting or VFL, PAIV & Closing
Performs other tasks as required by the role
Who You Are
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA
