General Ledger Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's general ledger, including but not limited to G/L postings, fixed assets and depreciation, cost-center allocations, prepaid and accrued expenses, and intercompany transactions
• Support the preparation of monthly and year-end close and financial reporting
• Assist in audit requirements and urgent ad hoc finance requests
• Drive process improvements within the GL function
• Ensure financial records comply with regulatory and company standards
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Collaborate with other teams on finance-related projects and process improvements
• Perform other high-level accounting duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of accounting/finance experience, with strong exposure to general accounting
