General Ledger Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee oversees the accuracy and integrity of a company's general ledger such as but not limited to G/L postings, fixed assets/depreciation, cost-center allocations, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses and intercompany transactions
• Lead and ensure accurate and timely monthly and yearend close and financial reporting
• Lead with preparation and responses for various types of audits and any urgent ad hoc requests
• Drive process improvements within the GL function
• Ensure financial records comply with regulatory standards.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statements
• Collaborate with other teams for any financial related projects and improvements
• Perform other high level accounting duties as required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be a CPA
• Minimum of 5-10 years accounting/finance or related experience especially general accounting
