Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Staff to ensure the proper upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of handling basic repairs and preventive maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and functional work environment.

Job Description (Responsibilities):

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities
• Conduct basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Perform carpentry, painting, and minor renovation works as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and fixtures
• Monitor and maintain air conditioning units and other facility equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of tools and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist in emergency repairs when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
