General Maintenance Technician II-3

As a General Maintenance Technician - Handyman, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:

+ Relocate and shift office furniture.

+ Assemble furniture purchased through office supply vendors, i.e., PC carts, display racks, keyboard trays, mailboxes, etc.

+ Provide support with catering and refreshment setups where needed for employee meetings.

+ Provide feedback on issues that require outside assistance.

+ Perform various carpentry tasks and repair work on restroom sinks, stalls, fixtures, cabinet doors, closet doors, locks, etc.

+ Provide mailroom support if needed.

+ Collaborate with Office Services to support Building Services operation.

+ Help ensure pantry supplies, snacks and beverages are ordered and restocked as needed.

+ Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of the facility and address/report accordingly.
